Any insight would be appeciated on the codes and the injectors or Fuel rail pressure sensor. Now the Volt gauge and the fuel gauge are acting up.

I had brought it in for the dash panel saying that the fuel gauge was wacky (after getting the letter from GM) and they didn't want to fix it. I just don't want to get the run around at the dealership. Do injectors go that bad that fast? Good thing is that I still have a few months on the extended warranty if it is the injectors. Any tricks on that? I will check under to see if the oil breather is pissing it out. Don't think that there is any diesel in the oil. Now it kicks it out like a little choochoo train on acceleration, then it clears. When I drove back in LIMP MODE, I got 23.5 MPG. Was getting good gas mileage, but now trip computer says that I am getting 9-10 mpg. I am able to drive it, but lately it has been getting worse and worse in start ups and in the lack of power. I clear the code(s) and I get 5-6 seconds of power and code comes back. I got a code reader and 0088, 0089 and occasionally P1093 shows up.

I swapped out the fuel filter and it started up. Had a lot of clanging coming from the left side of the engine. The next day went to start it and it sounded like a Cummings. Got back in and truck started to lose power. I had filled up with fuel and drove 70 miles no hint of a problem. It started after the truck was sitting for about 30 minutes.
